The Opportunity

Our Asset Care team is growing, and we are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to execute the Maintenance Program, ensuring that our plant wide assets are safe and reliable, whilst identifying operational improvement opportunities to optimise performance.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll be working with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment in our brand new facility.
  • Deliver all scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and execution of maintenance days.
  • Advanced mechanical fault finding and problem-solving skills
  • Assist in preventative maintenance shutdowns to rebuild equipment to delivered standard.
  • Operational improvement through the evaluation and implementation of automation and process control.
  • Performs checks to ensure beverage and packaging equipment are in spec and set up correctly.

Experience that you will bring:

To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:

  • Certificate or Trades qualification in Mechanical.
  • Subject matter expert in higher order problem solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • A proactive mindset and results-driven attitude.
  • FMCG beverage manufacturing (desirable).
