About your role

• You’ll be right in the mix—operating world-class equipment, crafting quality beverages, and helping us push boundaries in modern manufacturing.
• Run high-speed, automated production packaging lines like a pro.
• Hit production targets while keeping quality sky-high.
• Perform flavour and size changeovers with precision.
• Spot issues, troubleshoot fast, and keep things moving.

Craft Quality in Every Drop

• Test, inspect, and monitor production to ensure top-tier quality.
• Champion our “All for Quality” mindset—because every can, bottle, and pack matters.
• Ensure everything meets GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

Keep the Line Flowing

• Care for our state-of-the-art Swanbank equipment like it’s your own.
• Perform Autonomous Maintenance (clean and inspect)
• Keep our shiny new facility running at its absolute best.

• Have experience in manufacturing or fast-paced production (FMCG = bonus points!)
• Love working with machines, tech, and hands-on problem solving.
