What you'll do:
- Partner with Manufacturing teams to provide financial support and insight.
- Support monthly forecasting and analyse material usage, waste and cost variances.
- Assist with product costing, including labour and overhead cost rolls and NPD costing.
- Contribute to the annual manufacturing budget, with a focus on labour and overheads.
- Support month‑end processes, including WIP/GIT, analysis and commentary.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and controls.

Just like every can of V Energy is built on the right formula, there are a few key ingredients we’re looking for in this role:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in an analytical or management accounting role.
- Exposure to manufacturing or operational environments.
- Solid Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP desirable).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building capability.
- A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to get involved.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
What's in it for you?
- Grow your career, we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
- Quarterly product allowance to spend at our staff shop.
- Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
- An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
- Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
- Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
- Work in a culture that values diversity, collaboration and growth.
- Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
- We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
