The Opportunity
The HSW Senior Business Partner – Supply Chain AU will support Suntory Oceania to achieve our vision of ‘Safe and Well Everyone Everyday’.
The Senior Business Partner will provide practical advice supporting the integration of safe behaviours and practices into everyday activities and ensures the principles of health, safety & wellbeing are reflected in everyday business decisions. This role will play a pivotal role driving the development of a proactive health, safety, and wellbeing culture within their functions by driving continual improvement and best practice in all areas of health, safety & wellbeing.
What You'll Do
You will partner with Senior Functional leader in the development and implementation of Supply Chain AU that align with the Suntory HSW strategy and annual plan and have accountability for:
- Strategic Health, Safety & Wellbeing planning, advice, coaching and business partnering
- HSW advice, coaching and support on policy, systems and best-practice
- HSW Systems champion
- Regulatory Compliance
- Reporting, data collection and communication
- Risk Management & Training
Experience that you will bring
We’re looking for someone who is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
- Senior Business Partnering Experience
- Strategic Business Plan Development Execution
- Strong influencing and mentoring experience
- Sound working knowledge of the Health, Safety legal frameworks in Australia
- Ability to create HSW tools and resources to build HSW literacy and capability
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the creation and delivery of health and safety management systems
