The Opportunity

We are seeking a Flow Lead to oversee our Automated Warehouse processes, supporting the on-going optimisation of our world-class Distribution Centre. With a passion for achieving through others, this role will ensure that the inbound and outbound inventory functions within a technical ASRS environment is completed successfully, ensuring the appropriate inventory control. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will drive system development and enhancement resulting in exceptional customer service.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and coaching a team of subject matter experts.
  • Planning and executing the ASRS operational flow for the Distribution Centre.
  • System and process governance.
  • On-going analysis in relation to a structure CI framework, providing loss and waste analysis.
  • Experience that you will bring
  • Extensive experience in an analytical / system governance role.
  • Strong problem-solving experience.
  • SAP experience in an FMCG warehouse environment.
  • Understanding of automated warehouse activity.
