The Opportunity

It’s an exciting time to join as we scale up our operation in the Oceania region. Our national distribution centre, in Swanbank, Ipswich supplies the region, ensuring the continuous supply of products to fulfill our customer requirements.

 

As the Flow Controller you will support the optimal performance of our ASRS Warehouse, ensuring the successful completion of daily dispatch and flow management. You will utilise the system tools and liaise with all site teams to effectively complete all inbound & outbound bulk shipments to meet customer requirements. And optimise processes and pallet throughput enabling the facility to achieve its daily goals. This is a permanent full-time role working 2pm-10pm.

What You'll Do

  • Completion of the daily dispatch of finish goods through SAP EWM to local and national bulk customers, complying with COR standards and successfully maintaining DIFOT KPI.
  • Detailed use of SAP EWM and Schaefer Wamas daily, ensuring Stock Rotation Principles are utilised.
  • Establish & optimise routines to ensure that visibility of the entire warehouse operations is clear.
  • First point of contact for loading related issues and related trouble shooting.
  • Support with loss and waste analysis to identify areas of opportunity.

  • Experience in an FMCG environment (at least 2 years).
  • Solid understanding of warehouse/manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem solving & communication skills.
  • Understanding of automated warehouse operation activity (desirable).
