The Opportunity
Reporting to the Transport Lead the Import/Export Transfers Coordinator will support the warehouse operations for the picking, packing and dispatching of finished products to internal and external customers in the ANZ network. This also includes the management of our importing and exporting requirements for the site.
The role will be part of the logistics team onsite and contribute to the ongoing success of the team's culture, capability and wider performance.
What You'll Do
As well as working effectively with the State logistics, manufacturing and commercial teams you will:
- Documentation pertaining to safe work and COR practices, completed and filled.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and appropriate manner, with safety t self and others mindset.
- Support teams to resolve issues impacting the operation.
- Book, schedule and manage the import and export of finished goods.
- Alignment to import and export processes including customs requirements.
- Work effectively with internal teams to future plan & support labour requirements.

What You need to be successful
As well as a positive can-do attitude you will bring the following:
- An excellent understanding of how to operate the inbound & outbound operations department – processes and controls.
- Experience in a Supervisor role with a medium to large size organisation, FMCG preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working in a FMCG environment or other light manufacturing operation.
