The Opportunity
The Asset Care Specialist will execute the site Asset Care Strategy aligned to industry best practice and World Class Manufacturing. Successfully delivering the site maintenance and equipment improvement requirements, across the operational site.
With an improvement focused mindset, you will continuously strive to deliver innovate maintenance solutions for reliable equipment performance and collaborate with internal & external teams to deliver the Asset Care Strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide insight to the manufacturing processes, continuously striving for the improvement of quality, safety or enhancing efficiency and performance.
- Supporting the team to achieve site targets.
- Utilise best practice engineering and technology to improve equipment performance levels and the efficiency of the manufacturing operation.
- Lead reliability problem solving activities relating to plant failures or performance issues ensuring relevant outcomes are captured in the equipment maintenance plans.
- Ensure integrity of documentation, software, data, systems and SAP data entry is accurate and up to date.
Experience that you will bring:
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
- Certificate or Trades qualification in Electrical & Mechanical
- Experience in reliability management
- Lean manufacturing industry experience
- Strong ability to analyse relevant performance and maintenance metrics to recommend improvement activity within the maintenance system and approach.
- Beverage, FMCG or Food process industry experience in an Asset Management role highly desirable.
