About your role

Provide operational and administrative support to the Field Sales Managers and the Horeca commercial team to optimise Horeca sales efficiency and ensure smooth internal processes.

What You'll Do

Daily Support

Assist the Field team and commercial management with all Out-of-Home (OOH) activities.

Contract & Discount Management

Monitor Horeca contracts.

Calculate and communicate discounts to relevant stakeholders.

Deduco Management

Manage and update data in Deduco.

Prepare briefings for customer file modifications.

Reporting & Analysis

Track KPI reports and contracts.

Conduct analyses in alignment with Trade Marketing.

Budget & Financial Control

Monitor promotional field budget in coordination with the promotional manager.

Track budget per representative.

Verify invoices (checking approved conditions).

Systems & Tools

Daily use of Deduco, Excel, Teams, Outlook and internal workflows.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to commercial excellence projects.

Implement internal procedures to simplify and automate work methods.

Events & Coordination

Support internal and external fairs (B2B & B2C).

Coordinate with Panama for stock, orders and deliveries.

Freegoods Management

Monitor and process Freegoods in the OOH channel.

Internal Communication

Send updates and procedures to representatives.

What You need to be successful

Education: Commercial or Marketing training, Administration or equivalent.

Experience: Commercial or administrative support, ideally in Horeca or FMCG.

Analytical mindset, results oriented.

Autonomous, proactive and team player.

Proficiency in Dutch and French.
