Key Account Manager
About your role
We're looking for a driven and commercially astute sales professional to lead our partnerships with two of Belgium's most important retail customers: Carrefour and Intermarché.
This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, leading complex negotiations, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering ambitious business results.
You'll act as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Field Sales teams to turn commercial opportunities into reality.

What You'll Do
- Own and develop long-term strategic partnerships with Carrefour, Eureca and Intermarché.
- Build and deliver customer plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations and contribute to international customer discussions.
- Develop and execute promotional plans and category strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximise performance across your accounts.
- Lead successful product launches within your customer portfolio.
- Drive forecast accuracy, budget management and commercial planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of customer plans.

What You need to be successful
- We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, key account management or customer development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial acumen combined with strong analytical capability.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and results-focused mindset.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
