Your Role:
As a Trade & Category Management Assistant, you will join the Trade Marketing & Category Management team, reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager Retail. Your time will be split between Retail (80%) and Out-of-Home (20%), giving you a comprehensive view of the business.
Trade Marketing:

Partner with the Promo Manager to analyze promotional performance across retail clients.
Track and report on promotional execution in Retail & Out-of-Home channels.
Support the development of Trade Plans and Promo Strategies for HORECA and Impulse channels.
Own the OOH client communication plan, from briefing agencies to creating promotional visuals.
Help bring campaigns to life across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and impulse points.

Category Management:

Monitor monthly market performance across retailers and analyze trends, product evolution, and competitor activity.
Track key execution KPIs and support internal reporting for the Retail team.
Contribute to assortment reviews, business reviews, and planogram development.
Analyze sales team performance, client volumes, and numeric distribution in HORECA.
Dive into planogram and volume analysis across Impulse sales channels.

Requirements:

First experience in FMCG (internship or student job).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
Precision, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
