FP&A Analyst BNL
About your role
As FP&A Analyst for the Benelux region, you’ll play a central role in shaping financial insights and driving performance across our Belgian and Dutch markets. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and a broad network of internal stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, lead key planning cycles, strengthen processes, and support strategic decision making. This role provides visibility and opportunities for impact and growth in a dynamic FMCG setting.
What You'll Do
• Lead budgeting & forecasting: Drive the annual budget (AOP), long term plan (MTP), and rolling forecasts within the IBP cycle, including risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate monthly closing: Consolidate and report the full BNL P&L, from volume to operating income, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to HQ.
• Deliver financial insights: Analyze performance, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations to support commercial, marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Support business cases & projects: Partner with cross functional teams to evaluate initiatives and guide decision making.
• Pilot SG&A expenses: Monitor, challenge, and support cost management across the organization.
• Strengthen processes & controls: Ensure data integrity, test and document key processes, and contribute to control self assessments.
• Collaborate & support the team: Work closely with the FP&A and FBP teams, providing backup during month end and supporting the Junior FP&A Analyst on reporting tasks.

What You need to be successful
• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• First experience in commercial finance, controlling, reporting, or audit.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate financial insights for non financial stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment with regular deadlines.
• Solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and SAP FI CO.
• International or FMCG experience is a plus.
