About your role
This is more than a first job it’s the start of your commercial career.
As part of our Commercial Graduate Programme, you’ll begin as a Sales Representative, building a strong foundation in the heart of our business. From there, you’ll have the potential opportunity to grow into roles such as Account Manager, Trade Marketeer or Brand Manager within 1–2 years.
You’ll be part of our Retail Sales team, reporting to the National Field Manager, and will learn by doing with coaching, support and real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
• Build relationships with a portfolio of retail customers (supermarkets, hypermarkets & local shops)
• Plan your own schedule and visit customers across your territory
• Bring our commercial plans to life in-store
• Drive visibility, promotions and sales performance for our brands
• Negotiate placements and activate local opportunities
• Monitor results and spot opportunities to improve performance
• Stay close to the market and keep an eye on the competition
• Taking on additional responsibilities by supporting the Field Sales Manager (FSM), gaining hands-on exposure to commercial operations and decision-making.

What You need to be successful
You’re at the start of your career and ready to get in.
• You’ve recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Management or similar
• You’re curious, proactive and enjoy building relationships
• You like being out in the field and taking ownership of your own area
• You speak French, Dutch and English
• You’re organised and comfortable working independently
• You’re motivated by results and enjoy a challenge
• You’re open to learning and keen to grow your career within Suntory
