About your role
As our Brand Manager, you are responsible for the brand Oasis in the Benelux market, and you will be part of the broader EECM-Benelux marketing team. You oversee your brand from A to Z, by defining & executing strong marketing plans while being the voice of the local consumer & shopper.
What You'll Do
Be the voice and expert of the local consumer & shoppe. Influence to make sure the European strategy, comms plan & innovation pipeline reflects the BNL needs.
Define & execute strong BNL marketing plans to reach ambitious budget objectives:
consumer communication plan: media & communication platforms
shopper communication plan: activations in retail & horeca
Localize the innovation pipeline in BNL (incl. P&L) & execute a successful innovation launch plan
Be a team player; align well with functional counterparts such as regional marketing, trade marketing, sales, finance & supply chain
Build a strong & collaborative relationship with agency partners to build great communication plans
Manage the P&L, penetration & MS targets for your brand in BE & course correct when required to reach targets
Thorough analysis using different data sources (Nielsen, GfK, Validators & Business Intelligence) to draw conclusions & take actions
A&P Budget management & allocation

What You need to be successful
Experience in managing & activating brands for the BNL market.
NL market knowledge or great interest is a must
Experience in developing media & activation plans with media & activation agencies.
Experience in analyzing Nielsen and GFK data
