Area Responsible Retail

About your role

As a Sales Representative Retail - Namur & Luxembourg Region, you are the face of our company in the field. You act as a trusted partner to our retail customers and play a key role in driving visibility, volume, and market share across your territory.  

You will join a dynamic Sales Retail team and report directly to the National Field Manager. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of around 150 retail outlets (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and proximity stores). 
  • Plan and execute 6–8 customer visits per day to ensure strong field presence. 
  • Implement and monitor commercial plans within your territory. 
  • Pre-sell and maximize the impact of key promotions using strong commercial skills. 
  • Achieve sales objectives related to presence, volume, market share, and visibility. 
  • Optimize product visibility and negotiate in-store placements, including promotions, permanent secondary placements, POS materials, and local actions. 
  • Analyze store performance and propose corrective actions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers. 
  • Report daily activities and share competitive insights. 
  • Challenge the status quo and bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas to grow the business.

What You need to be successful

  • You are a driven commercial talent with a passion for retail and field sales. You enjoy autonomy, thrive on achieving targets, and know how to build strong customer relationships. 
  • Your Profile 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or similar. 
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG or retail. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian retail landscape. 
  • Fluent in French & English or French & Dutch. 
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen. 
  • KPI-driven, result-oriented, and proactive. 
  • Well-organized, autonomous, and a strong team player. 
  • Driving license B is required. 
  • Skilled at building trust and long-term partnerships. 
  • Living in Namur & Luxembourg Region
