About your role

You will be responsible for the commercial development of our brands in the Impulse channel (service stations, neighbourhood grocery stores, small businesses, etc.). You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and the Sales Manager Impulse to maximize the visibility and performance of our products.

What You'll Do

You will negotiate with wholesalers and sub-wholesalers to define the best way to highlight our brands and expand the distribution and sale of our products within their network of points of sale

Client Portfolio Management: Follow-up and development of existing clients in the Impulse channel.

Active Prospecting: Identification and development of new business opportunities in your region.

Point of Sale Execution: Ensure optimal visibility through merchandising actions and local activations.

Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance, analyze results, and propose action plans.

Internal Collaboration: Work in synergy with the Trade Marketing team to achieve objectives.

Promotion and Investment Follow-up: Implement promotional actions and monitor allocated budgets.

What You need to be successful

Commercial or marketing training (Bachelor or Master)

First experience in sales (impulse is a plus) or account management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Analytical mind, results-oriented

Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit

Proficiency in Dutch and knowledge of French

Driving license B and mobility in your region
