About your role

Identify brand strategy and develop business plan to meet brand KPIs and grow business

What You'll Do

* Key Brand Lead; developing objectives, strategy, priorities, initiatives, budgets & resources 
•    Lead the development & evolution of the brand positioning & communication within regional / global guardrails. 
•    Build and deploy a sharp differentiated and consumer resonant brand architecture for the brand (including regular sugar and No Sugar)
•    Lead the execution and development of brand plans including:
o    Consumer advertising and promotion ideation, screening, testing
o    Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
o    Innovation pipeline 
•    Lead Innovation Strategy, Pipeline & Process to unlockmarket initiatives: flavour rotations, new platforms & core product improvements
•    Work with CSD Cat-Head on the communications/branding of the initiatives to ensure:
o    Deliver on tangible brand & business metrics
o    Embed the brand in culture
o    Resonate with key target audience & cohort across multiple markets
•    Support in development on Brands (thematic / platform / consumer engagement / campaigns) including localization of Global content.
•    Ensure the right channel mix and campaign plans to optimize target consumer reach
•    Drive Consumer Centricity across the region by partnering with Insights to strategically plan, validate, monitor and implement data driven decisions.
* Manage the allocation & disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L. Working with Finance partner to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goal) work with Sales to co-develop trade & channel programs, POS support related to brands
* Accountable for team capability through coaching, mentoring and training

What You need to be successful

Education: University Graduate relevant Marketing is referred.

Functional expertise:
Strong leadership & interpersonal skill
Brand management experience
Consumer orientation, brand operating experience
10 years experience in Markerting and >3 years in same position (MM), preferably in FMCG, beverage industry understanding
Experience to lead a team
Have good understanding and experiences in consumer orientation
Fluent in English
