Job Summary: Deliver business works and execute all general administrative works while also ensure compliance with Suntory Pepsico's legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Budget Management: Ensure all budget well built, tracked, managed and utilized
1.1. Build
- Support MTD for T&E AOP
- Consolidate for AOP CDA, Visibility, PR Budget
1.2 Track & Report
- Monthly report for CDA, Visibility budget
- Support team process payment in visibility budget
1.3 Manage
- Manage and control budget for team as per company policy & process: CDA, PR, Visibility: Reconcile, forecase, adjust if needed
- Report frequently to MTD for prompt actions, with highlights and suggestions
2. Consolidation for MT team
- Consolidate for AOP volume by account, by SKU's, by location
- Consolidate for AOP forecast
- Price consolidate for price increase proposal (cascade to admin)
- Promotion consolidate for MT (cascade to admin)
- Other consolidation for 1 picture view for MT team
- Complete all reports required from management periodically: Sales Incentive Quarterly, Star Award ranking (Monthly, Yearly), Break The Limit (BTL) for employees

3. Analysis
- Do SKU performance analysis for MTD or new SKU's analysis
- Price analysis if needed
- Other SKU's analysis for MTD with insights if any
- Price analysis for one time approval of TOTpromotion or PwP promotion for one time sign off

4. Sales Planning for Modern Trade Forecast
- Own MT forecast consolidate files and send to internal team
- Review promotion on catalogue in MT for MTD (3 months planning, based on 3 month FCST)
- Do forecast accuracy tracking
- Frequently contact to Sales Operations for stock status
- Attend SIP meeting South and SNOP for info to communicate to AM for stoct status if any
- Track stock transit status if any & consolidate local MT FCST by location, tracking FCST accuracy
- Tracking spending of CDA, D&A, MKT fund, Visibility budget
- Report to MTD for prompt action regarding to stock status

 

Skills and Experience

  • University graduation in any disciplines
  • Knowledge of MT channel
  • Strong communication & problem solving skill
  • Strong planning skill & negotiation skill
  • Work independently
  • Fluent English for communication and writing-
  • Competent MS Office
