About your role
What You'll Do
1. Establish and manage BOM (Bill Of Material) of all products with every new products, any variant change as: formular, packaging (direct & indirect), materials, content or size,.... for all plants and co-packers in SAP system of SPVB, via quality of work relating to exactly, timely, quantity, update, control.
2.1.Input QM (Quality Management)_ Finish Good Incubation Time of all products of all plants, via quality of work relating to exactly, timely, quantity, update, control.
2.2. Input and verify QM-Finish Goods module and QM module _ Incoming of all products of CoPacker plants.
3.1. Control QA budget including CAPEX & OPEX, via quality of work relating to build - track - review - control budget, buy equipment, buy gifts for training and event, payment process of Quality & FS team and Product Development team.
3.2. Manage Capex budget of SPVB QC of all plants, via quality of work relating to build - track - review CAPEX budget of all QC teams of all plants."
"4.Administrative Coordinator of QA, via support of:
- Quality FS team: send - follow up - track - receive any samples for import, export and domestic. Consult quality team about the functions of external labs to analyze samples as specially and according business. Submit and tracking water analysis result of plants into SBFA's system.
- Quality compliance team: send - track- receive the samples of proficiency programs. Organize all Quality events and campaigns. Support logistic for all training about quality.
- Supply Chain Quality team: input all data of competitor's products in the market to inform this information to marketing team, planning team and PD team as quickly.
- Product Development group: support custom clearance, make contracts for trial, receive and send the samples to oversea.
- Enhance team relationship and interaction by leading in event organization: Organize all weekly meeting, team building, off site meeting, Quality MYR meeting and AOP Cascade for Quality & FS team and Product Development team.
5. SAP management: Create/update SAP Master Data (including Material Inspection Characteristic, Inspection Method, Work Center, Sample Procedure, Material Specification, Inspection Plan) and review and approve MDG request for RM/FGs.
6. 1. Take in charge onsite testing for internal transportation at WH DCs for packaging and materials (flavor, ingredient, component), via quality of work relating to build procedure - training - control - update, to restrict and manage the risks in internal transportation of SPVB, and to enhance quality also optimize cost.

6.2 - Take role as Quality leader in short term projects at DCs happen in year such as TET promotion, repack promotion following MKT campaigns via quality of work relating to plan - training - control - volume adapt business of SPVB on peak seasons.""
7. Take role as CS executive can handle tasks such as taking postmix samples, audit retails, postmix stores, WHs, market survey.

-Take in charge review, revise, update, write new SOPs for Quality system, standardize methods, MCPs... having in year. ( around 60 SOPs/ year)
- Establish QM (Quality Management)_ Raw Material_ module as fully (included 7 parts in this module) of all product of all plants --> handle 80% workload for SAP management (around 800 Inspection plans of raw material) and will cover 100% in end 2023.
- Take in charge do model practice and training onsite for QC when launching new digital apps or verify and co-operate with IT to fix/ improve when using SAP.

Bachelor graduation in Food technology.
Minimum 05 years experience in Food/Beverage manufacturing.
Willingness and flexibility to travel, work under high pressure.
Good communication, good negotiation and effectively solve the problems.
