Purchasing Manager-Import-Export
Job Responsibilities
- Provide updates to senior leadership at Country and Regional level on new law and tax related to import and
export activities
- Work with customs agents to ensure law & tax compliance for all import and export activities
- Maintain data base of HS code for all imported goods to ensure correct & consistent apply for all shipments
- Maintain data base and supporting documentation for all import and export activities per law requirement
- Develop strong supplier base to ensure sufficient and sustainable logistic supply for import and export
activities
- Generate and utilize procurement reports to identify and fix potential cost issues
- Build a disciplined approach and process by driving “common” tools/practices within direct procurement, PA,
project team complimented with operational execution and collaborative participation in its
implementation/execution.
- Participate to solve customs issue with systemic solution

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years experience in leading in Import- Export roles
- Experience on customs procedure to manage customs fwd, work with customs officers
- Strong stakeholder managerment
- Master on customs law and related regulation
- Good understanding the market information and practice
- Excellecent English
