Production Scheduling Executive

Who We Are

About your role

This role is to convert from weekly supply plan received from SC-Supply Planning team into daily production schedule to ensure Production compliance (right products, right quantity, right time).
Plan and execute material requirement planning for monthly/weekly production operations, to ensure on-going sufficient material supply.            

What You'll Do

1. Production Scheduling:
- Schedule daily production plan based on Supply Plan cascaded by Supply Planning Nationwide team (HO).
- Collaborate with Project and Packaging team in scheduling for new projects, new product launch, new material testing....
- Timely feedback and align for adjustment with Supply Planning Nationwide team if there is constraint in terms of production capacity or WH space or material supply.
- Monitor and manage change in schedule to ensure that Production Volume meet weekly production given by Supply Planning Nationwide.    
2. Raw Material Management
- Overlook daily/weekly raw material plan based on RM inventory and Production plan to ensure timely supply to Production
- Conduct material call off and monitor delivery status for timely manage change if any. 
- Collaborate with Logistics to manage DII and supply capacity.
- Coordinate primary transfer plan for RM from Material Planning Nationwide timely. 
- Jointly work with QC, Logistics and Procurement on supplier performance improvement.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Compliance to SOPs/ Policy/ Safety, GMP standard/ Regulatory
- Ensure I2C compliance, data accuracy of reports from Clerk
- Manage supplier performance to ensure high accuracy in MRP and minimize shortage of RM for Production.    
4. Team management & development
- Supervise team member on daily execution
- Develop & coach team member.
- Perform tasks arising in the scope of work required by the direct manager.    
5. Other
- Compliance to SOPs/  SPVB Policy/ Safety, GMP standard/ Regulatory
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

What You need to be successful

Bachelor degree in Industrial management or Business Administration.
Fundamentals of Production Planning or Supply Chain management, particularly of inventory management
Working knowledge of ERP system – SAP
Effective communication, negotiation, problem solving
Effective collaboration with cross functions among Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, suppliers etc.
Using English efficiently 
Strong proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Working in shift when required
