Job Summary

1. Lead Production function in providing volume compliance with Supply Plan through operation excellence, zero lost time incidents, high-quality standard, high efficiency, optimal cost, delivering sustainability through motivated and engaged people

2. Drive for: 
- Efficiency and Cost Optimization
- Governance and Compliance to SOPs/ Policy/ Safety standard and regulations.
- Capability Development of all employees in Production for delivering quality standard at the highest level creating Zero defect Culture.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver Growth:
- Deliver production volume as sales demand based on Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecast (M0) and weekly production plan (W0), following SNOP & SIP processes.
- Ensure zero lost time incident at the production
- Ensure quality and food safety of all products produced as AOP targets for 3D quality, AIB audit, Recall/ Withdraw, customer/consumer complaints, quality troubles.
- Support for successful launch of new products/new packagings as AOP plan.
- Support new lines/ capacity expansion project as AOP plan.


2. Create Efficiency: 
- Drive cost savings via KPI’s improvement, VMC & FMC optimization as AOP plan 
- Support productivity projects implemented at the plant as built-in AOP such as PET/CAN/closure/packaging lightweight, HFCS, sugar reduction, and steam outsourcing, …


3. Drive for Future Success: 
- Deliver water and energy saving as AOP plan
- Lead GCS implementation and I2C compliance at production


4. Drive Culture Change:
- Drive safety first culture at the production
- Drive people engagement and OHS score improvement at the production


5. Develop People: 
- Coach and develop Direct reports 
- Develop and retain talent for future growth  

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s in Technology/ Engineering

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with working under high pressure, multinational and international cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to meet business challenges
- Experience in handling a large team

- Teamwork and ability to work effectively and efficiently with teams toward common goals
- Good Leadership skills
- Good communication and influencing skills – both verbal and written

- Advanced English
