Role: Directly report to Senior Finance Director - Commercial Planning, providing financial projection, analysis and recommendation for Marketing to support for Management decision making. This role requires working closely with cross functions to achieve business targets.
This role requires deep business understanding, strategic thinking, functional analysis excellence, interpersonal and communication skills. 

Job Responsibilities

1-    Lead brand performance management through:
+ Cooperate with CI, Sales, in review, validate, develop realistic forecast and reach to mutual agreements on targets, data in volume data table (VDT) for category/ brand/ location volume and share
+ Project MTP brand profitability with action to drive brand performance improvement (eg: by adjusting pricing, costing, etc)

2-    Acting as business partner to provide consultancy for Marketing leadership team in:
+ Analyze new product launches for sustainable profitable products/ portfolio
+ Chair monthly/ quarterly meetings to review brand financial performance and have right intervention actions
+ Provide guidance and be accountable for evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns
+ Provide guidance and be accountable for controlling A&M budget within plan

3-    Do financial benchmarking exercises to explore opportunities for SPVB Marketing (eg: Juicy milk products, …)

4-    Set up standardized processes and database for Marketing finance and drive process improvement (eg: database template, costing template, standardized brand performance review, ideas for MFAR system, etc)

5-    Closely work with VP – Marketing to co-develop Board decks on brand performance with recommendations.

6-    Develop team capability and drive Planning OHS agenda

Skills and Experience

Function skills

-    7 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
-    At least 3+ year experience in Managerial role of Commercial Finance
-    Familiar with SAP 4 HANA a significant plus

Soft skills

- Strong interpersonal skill
- Strong commercial mindset
- Stakeholders engaging skill
- Very good analytical and conceptualization
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
- Strong in MS Excel and MS Power Point
