Planning Analyst - Financial Planning and G&A

Job Summary

Will support Planning Manager to deliver company P&L/BS/OCF objectives to perform budgeting, forecasting, month end closing cycles as well as manage G&A budget by functions, monitor PRC cost

Job Responsibilities

- Hold monthly operation review (OR) for Sales, MKT, Operations, and Supply Chain with insight analysis support. 
- Consolidate and support all operating reports for MBR presentation & BOD presentation.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing cycles, manage G&A budget by functions, and monitor PRC cost. 
- Identify and understand cost trends of G&A & PRC by cost elements.
- Understand and provide Vietnam's economic growth including GDP, Core Inflation, CPI, FDI, Retail Sales, and Forex.
- Support Senior FP&A manager in analyzing and providing strategic benchmarking in business performance between SPVB & other companies. 
- Support senior Planning Manager to organize and present some internal training courses to enhance planning capability and improve business understanding for other functions. 

Skills and Experience

- Finance/Business bachelor's degree from an accredited university. MBA and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Teamwork.
- Proficient in computer usage: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.

- Results-oriented, takes initiative to get things done.
- Strong people management and conflict management.
- Customer Oriented mindset. 

- Fluently in English.

- Excell/ modeling skills and MS PowerPoint.
