About your role
This role executes the corporate recruitment L7- and drive the attraction, engagement, and recruitment of young talent (not included development) through structured programs and strategic partnerships with universities. This role ensures a strong pipeline for Management Trainee (MT), Graduate Sales Trainee (GST), and internship programs, while reinforcing SPVB’s Employer Brand among early-career audiences for future workforce
What You'll Do
1. Corporate Recruitment
- Manage Corporate L7- roles nationwide.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche positions
- Ensure quality of hire and compliance with company standards.
2. Early Careers Program Management
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for MT, GST, and internship programs, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
- Develop comprehensive attraction plan, track program performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
3. University & Campus Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations nationwide.
- Plan and deliver campus engagement activities (career fairs, workshops, guest lectures) to strengthen SPVB’s presence.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize talent pipeline quality.
4. Employer Branding for Young Talent
- Co-create and execute EB campaigns targeting Gen Z and early-career audiences across digital and offline channels.
- Leverage social media and student networks to amplify SPVB’s EVP and program visibility.
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership hiring and strategic projects., campus recruitment or EB
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology, and market analytics
