About your role

To achieve Operational Excellence & Capability Development agenda through:
-    Facilitate the trainings for improving the Lead & Drive Operation Capability programs in all Locations in some specific topics. for SPVB Operations
-    Lead the audit program to access the compliance and effectiveness of Ops Cap’s implementation at all locations
-    Co-Lead key projects for System Capability & Digitalization in manufacturing
-    Lead the Lift & shift new BPTs project (SMW, TPM,.. etc) Drive SMV (Suntory Monozukuri Values), SMW (Suntory Monozukuri Way) Programs across all locations of Operations
-    Lead Operational Capability projectz to make sure the development & execution of project meet expectation of business agenda.

What You'll Do

1. Operational Capability
Lead & Managing Operational Capability projects to make sure the development & execution of project align with business agenda.
Drive the development of Operations competency framework and skill matrix for L11- employees, taking full ownership of the process and and actively overseeing its implementation to ensure that employees equip the required skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Lead the Ops Cap framework cascade and assessment to all locations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for training.
Analyze the results of the Ops Cap assessment to identify training gaps, prioritize training needs, and develop a comprehensive annual training plan for all five plants in Operations, collaborating with Operations Subject Matter Experts and both internal & external key stakeholders (Pepsico, Suntory, SPVB IT Team, Operations NTW EHS, QA, , Engineering & SPVB Plant teams) to design and implement effective training programs that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Deliver/ facilitate workshops and training courses as required to support the implementation of the Ops Cap program.
Be responsible for the deployment, rolling out any training course, workshop, programs for 5 plants.
Develop development strategies and lead talent development initiatives (FLC, SET, Internal Cap Builder, Cross Functional Project program…) to ensure the Operations employees are well-equipped to meet future challenges
Foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging employees to seek out opportunities for growth and development. (Agile learning, Shairng is Caring)
2. System Capabilities
Drive the standardization of Operations general processes, systems, best practice tools and KPIs across all locations to achieve operational excellence.
Lead a comprehensive review and analysis of the current KPI systems across all five plants, utilizing benchmarking techniques to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices in KPI improvement.
Develop and implement world-class procedures for standardizing KPIs, including the development, cascade & deployment of KPI definitions, templates, formulations, dashboards, and ensure proper communication and training on the correct KPI system to all relevant stakeholders.
Lead KPI system cross-audits among all five plants to identify opportunities for improvement and follow up with the necessary actions to drive continuous improvement, including the collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
Drive SMV, SMW program across Operations team, closely cooperate with Suntory and Pepsico Region to ensure the well alignment.
Lead the cascade, implement these programs at 5 plants, ensure that they are effectively executed & embed them in Operations Employees' mindset.
Lead the standardization of general operating procedures across all locations in Operations (MoC, CAPA, KPI definition) by collaborating with cross-functional teams & ensure well-implemented cascades of these procedures and work to reinforce consistent use & application at the plant year after year.
3. Digitalization Projects
Drive the digital transformation of operations through leading key projects, apply new technologies to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the digitalization transformation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions for automation (LineView) & Capability Development.

4. Project Assignment
Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality tools and materials to support key projects and assignments across the Operations organization.
Utilize cross-functional collaboration to gather project requirements and ensure that designed materials meet projects/assigment needs and expectations.

What You need to be successful

University education, people development background

Good knowledge about food or beverage manufacturing filed, 5S, Kaizen, data analysis & capability development
