About your role

To provide an effectively robust finance system and control environment at the company. In addition the job holder has responsibility for ensuring proper maintenance of financial records in line with internationally accepted standards, ensuring reporting process comply with internal and external stipulations, cost controls management, and participation in the development of systems and processes to meet expanding business activities.

What You'll Do

  1. Leading internal control system based on PepsiCo GCS framework and Suntory internal audit governance
    - Roll out and lead the implementation of PepsiCo Global Control Standards (GCS) by setting guideline, audit methodology and facilitating annual self- assessments and quarterly GCS test reporting
    - Lead Routine Compliance Auditing - audit basic business processes and coordinate/participate internal/external audits
    - Play the role as being custodian of compliance with policy and procedures by highlighting incompliance and reinforcing the importance of compliance
  2. Support Control Environement Commitee and Audit Committee
    - Keep an independent view and take lead quarterly report to support PepsiCo and Suntory audit committee to fulfill their oversight responsibility on matters regarding internal control activities, financial reporting integrity, regulatory compliance and challenges  
    - Investigate Frauds and special projects as assigned by CEC
  3. Risk assessment
    - Work together with Excom to identify & evaluate business risk and mitigate risk with clear action plan followed SBFA Business Risk assessment model
  4. Policies & procedures advisor
    - Ensure proper control design and to meet future business requirements
    - Communiated company policies/procedures to all employees and maintain properly in intranet
    - Ensure proper system design and segegration of duties in core systems
  5. Drive self-assessment and proportional ownership
    - Build proportional leadership and control competent maturity
    - Provide coaching and direction for embedding a self-assessment and verification program to the organization
  6. Oversee Marketing and trade consumer promotion campaign (subject lucky draw)
    - Ensure the promotion is registered to regulatories before execution and high/medium risks are properly detected

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
  • 7 years of experience in relevant position.At least 2 year-experience at FMCG companies
  • Good knowledge about SOX, 
  • Good communication, assertiveness, people dealing, analytical skill, detail-oriented
  • Advanced English
  • Basic PC, good understand about SAP/Oracle or enterprise business system
