About your role

  • Planning, executing and leading internal audit agenda for People & Culture (P&C) functions to ensure the adequate of financial assertions, the effectiveness and efficiency of operational process and the compliance with Corporate and regulations.
  • Play the key role as process controller/advisor for processes & SOD of respective functions and other related processes & SOD involving the respective functions.
  • Participating in the risk assessment and development of proper control designs to meet business expansion.
  • Supporting to develop & maintain high level of SOA effectiveness implementing across Company's activities.

What You'll Do

1. Implement internal control system based on Pepsico GCS framework and Suntory audit governance (P&C)

  • Roll out the implementation of PepsiCo Global Control Standards (GCS) by setting guideline, audit methodology and facilitating self- assessments and GCS test reporting system.
  • Drive self-assessment and proportional ownership by building proportional leadership and control competent maturity. Provide coaching and direction for embedding a self-assessment and verification program to the function
  • Lead Routine Compliance Auditing - audit basic business processes and coordinate/participate internal/external audits as required for functions in charge.
  • Play the role as being custodian of compliance with policy and procedures by highlighting incompliance and reinforcing the importance of compliance.
  • Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

2. Frauds Investigation (P&C)

  • Do investigate Frauds and special projects with high impact to business sustainability and as assigned by CEC. Reinforce the compliance and escalate issues on values and ethics.

3. Risk management (P&C)

  • Organize risk assessment work shops and facilitate discussions to identify control improvement opportunities and implement the changes to meet the growing and changing business requirements.
  • Work together with Business Partner to identify and evaluate business risks and mitigations with clear action plan following SBFA Business Risk assessment model.

4. Policies/SOP and SOD adviser (P&C)

  • Give advices on policies/SOP development and system setting to ensure proper control design, segregation of duties (SOD) for core systems to meet future business requirements.
  • Maintain respective function’s policies/SOP in intranet and properly communicate them to all employees.

5. SOA Management support

  • Support for Company ' SOA change end to end process including: initiatively review & identify SOA change opportunity to ensure protect Company's benefit while enhance simplification across approval processes, drive for the change implementing, participate in IT projects to reflect SOA changes (manual to automation, data flow) resulted from system enhancement and its integration with other systems.
  • Continuously enhance the communication SOA (SOA refreshment/SOA new updated training) to ensure high SOA compliance effectiveness from users across functions/locations.

6. Business Continuity Management ('BCM") system implementation (P&C)

  • Facilitate for BCM trainng & BCM - Risk Assessment workshop for P&C.
  • Closely work together with Business Partner for Bussiness Impact Analysis which help to define P&C' Priority Bussiness funtion, and assess the impact of those functions upon disruption and the resources needed to recover to ensure P&C to continute delivery their services at acceptable pre-defined levels following disruptive incidents.
  • Facilitate P&C BCM Coordinator to build up P&C business continuity plan (BCP) which is a master plan of actions, including the sequences, procedures, and systems needed to continue or resume business in case of a disruption.
  • Ensure that BCM runs smoothly/ successfully with the support and understanding of the staff.​
  • Build tesing scenarios and facilitate functions to perform the drilled testing.

What You need to be successful

  • University graduate, major in Accounting
  • Strong system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system
  • Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Skill (e.g Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, PowerPoint)
  • Strong data analysis skill
  • Sufficiently understand the business process, workflows and systems interactions
  • Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill
  • Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn and improve effectiveness in daily operation
  • High integrity and acting with due diligence
  • Fluent in English communication
  • At least 4 year experience in similar roles
