Job Summary
- Assist IMC Manager to execute and deliver 360 media activities for Marketing department.
- Assist IMC Manager to work with Trade to co-develop ATL+ BTL approaches for strategic accounts/channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Closely supervise and monitor all aspects of assigned CATs' IMC operations, including TV, Digital, etc.
- Act as a primary advocate for assigned CATs , ensuring brands' consistency across all projects, and actively acquire thorough knowledge of brands’ businesses to ensure all media partners to deliver on-brief objectives.
- Maintain ongoing tracking of media spend/performance across all channels and ensure all campaigns spend to goal and deliver aligned KPIs.
- Responsible for creation, analysis and presentation of post-campaign summary reports with media agencies.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal (brand teams) as well as external stakeholders (media partners) to ensure flawless execution of plans, including account, buying, creative, traffic and finance.
- Maintain good rapport with trade representatives to support IMC manager to co-develop ATL + BTL plan for strategic accounts/channels.
- Manage the flow of brand-media-agencies related issues based on changes in direction, goals and budgets; be capable of creating solutions and proactively resolving issues.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Proactive update and apply new tech, trend, content across platform (Youtube, facebook, Tiktok,...) into brand campaigns (summer, Tet, new thematic launch)
- Project management planning, executing, and managingmultiple marketing campaign within deadline and budgets
Requirements
- Advanced Digital Media competencies (>5 years experienced)
- Integrated Media Planning capabilities, not only Digital (proven evidence)
- Strong analytical skills: Able to identify and isolate opportunities/issues with action plans in a clear and logical way.
- Strong consumer & creative marketing background with strategic thinking and insight orientation
- Proven track record in launching new products into emerging markets that have been successful/sustained over time
- Experience with matrix organizations
- Strong presentation skills : able persuade manager and team on plan and thinking.
- Strong communication, analytic, organization and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (important due to multi party/external business partners bus. model)
- Data analysis and peformance metrics: strong analytics skills to measure campaign effectiveness
- Marketing and automation tools: Hubspot CRM for beverage promotions; Hootsuite/spout social managing multiple social media platform, upflence/Aspires IQ finding influencers for beverage endorsement, Tiktok creative center
- Fluent in English
