IT Business Partner Executive - Corporate

Job Summary

This role is fully responsible and oversee all matters relating to Non-ERP Applications related to Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs and People & Culture) – making sure fully compliant with Company (including Suntory and PepsiCo) and local regulations – being responsible to deliver service level commitment of IT to business relating to Non-ERP Applications – building capability of IT team and Non-ERP users – over-sighting 3rd parties of Non-ERP Applications. Consult to LM/HoIT about Non-ERP landscape and propose policies, procedures to help applications working more efficiency.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Be a business partner, play the role as IT first contact point with Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs and People & Culture for all IT related matters.
  • Closely work with Corporate stakeholders, understand their requirements, business needs, processes and translate them into technical solutions by developing/enhancing system, applications for simplification and automation (eg: financial planning, control, budgeting, etc)
  • Be Project Assistant/ Manager for all projects related to Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs and People & Culture systems from discovering stage to building network, managing the project timeline, engaging stakeholders, testing till launching and change management.
  • Follow the IT Service Management process to deliver high-quality IT services and within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Single Point of Contact on systems related to Corporate functions.
  • Resolve Incidents & manage problems of Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs and People & Culture  systems/applications in compliance with IT Information Library / Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT).
  • Ensure the compliance with IT policy and effective execution of IT Governance.
  • Join in together with Infrastructure team to develop contingency plan (backup plan) for applications and performance tests.
  • Bring new technology & ideas into life with the purpose to enhance HR/Legal/Mkt business performance (eg: Internet of Thing, HRIS, Cloud, Machine Learning, Smart AI Assistants, …).
  • 1Cooperate with other IT functions to implementing IT projects to deliver expected value

Skills and Experience

  • At least 3-year experience in execution of IT Service Management and of IT Control (relevance or equivalence to COBIT5).
  • Good knowledge of system integration (ETL, host to host, SFTP, XML file…).
  • Strong at system analysis in root cause analysis and problems solving to promptly support high priority incident.
  • Good at Project Management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving, presentation; business partnering attitude.
  • Good at customer-service and teamwork.
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Work experience in MNC environment with regional / global exposure is an advantage
  • Good knowledge and experience with FMCG or F&B industry is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft system and mobility applications is preferred
  • Good at Business Key processes design
  • Good at control, compliance and system management for software
  • Strong at business analysis to providing good IT solutions for business needs
