HRIS Product Manager - Employee Experience

About your role
As the HRIS Product Manager – People Experience, you will be the voice of the employee in shaping and enhancing our digital HR platforms. You’ll support the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of tools like Ask P&C (ticketing), P&C Hub (intranet), SunnyBot (AI assistant), Glint (engagement survey), SunnyStars (recognition), My Suntory People Solutions (MSPS) Time Off solution, and the MSPS mobile app. This role is ideal for someone with a user-centric mindset, strong coordination skills, and a passion for digital HR transformation.
What You'll Do
1. Product Management & Strategy
- Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for each employee-facing platform.
- Ensure harmonized access across devices and worker categories (e.g., office, frontline).
- Act as the bridge between P&C teams and HRIS/HRIT, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Analyze internal feedback and external benchmarks to recommend optimal digital solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and regional/global teams to deliver scalable and sustainable enhancements.
2. Experience Design & Continuous Improvement
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover user pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with P&C teams to:
- Promote self-service activation.
- Develop persona templates.
- Map employee journeys for better platform design.
- Advocate for intuitive design, accessibility, and user-centric features.
- Support the global redesign and migration of the P&C Hub to SharePoint.
- Use analytics and feedback to drive ongoing platform improvements.
3. Technical Coordination & Governance
- Liaise between P&C, IT, and vendors to ensure platform performance and timely updates.
- Oversee operations for platforms like Ask P&C, SunnyBot, SunnyStars, MSPS Time Off, and the mobile app.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to support governance and user enablement.
4. Change Management & Communication
- Develop and execute change and communication plans for new features and updates.
- Collaborate with internal communications and regional teams to drive awareness and adoption.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for P&C teams and end users to ensure confident platform use.
5. Employee Support & Data Operations
- Provide support for data collection, corrections, mass uploads, and complex analysis.
- Identify and address process or knowledge gaps in digital HR operations.
- Contribute to digital upskilling initiatives for both P&C and broader HR systems users.

What You need to be successful
- Strong experience in HR, HR technology, and HR processes (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Glint).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with AMS vendor-supported HR technology environments.
- Passion for employee experience and digital transformation in HR.
