Job Summary: to enhance capability of distribution system through:
- Building and delivering strategy-aligned standards of distributor, distribution network related matters as well as ensuring the compliance of AS&D process, AND
- Initiating and maintaining automated processes of distributor, frontline and sales supporting functions that enables the higher productivity of operation

Job Responsibilities
1. Distribution Management Program
2. Evaluate the distribution network of SPVB and competitors then define the viable distribution module to support GTM strategy:
- Update distribution base of SPVB and competitors
- Evaluate and build action plan for territory with low route productivity
- Track GTM health with GTM scorecard and build action plan with location
- Work with sales team to built GTM model to cope with segmented strategy
- Evaluate the capability of distributors and build the standards aligned with strategy: 5 dimensions, Stock, Policy…
3. Implement & Sustain
4. Ensure the compliance of sales team with AS&D model and process by reviewing process and document/rationale of new route establishment and distributor establishment/termination
5. Ensure compliance of TU Principles in the system and utilization of standardized and approved selling & working tools; Periodically conduct TU heath check for sustainment of BPTs.
6. Other tasks as assigned by LM.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
- Strong knowledge of GTM and distribution model
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Good project management and drive for result
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Customer understanding mindset
- Be able to work under pressure and willing to travel
- Advanced English
- Basic PC
