Financial Planning Manager - Sales Reporting
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic plan for Top line target of Volume/Pricing/Trade spendingPartner with Sales team to develop MTP/AOP/FCST detail volume by pack by location, capturing innovation initiatives & pricing to have Net Revenue plan
- Own Net Whole Sales pricing by flavor calculation / analysis to ensure accurate concentrate price calculation
2. Revenue Management agendaRefresh SKU rationalization exercise to maximize Revenue and reduce operational complexity
- Provide financial consultancy for RM projects
- Provide financial analysis for P3 study
- Partner with RGM team on 5 levers Pricing/Mix/PPA/Promotion/Trade spending to deliver NRR target:
- Drive Mix target by setting KPI/ align with sales team and watch out volume performance to propose appropriate actions thru D&A spending to ensure better Mix improvement
- Recommend to Excom and Sales team on Opportunity in Pricing to balance Mix
- Participate in monthly Trade activities to review budget
- Consult in Trade spending design on channel/Location to ensure effectiveness
3. Analytical data/ System/ Process/ Functional collaboration
- Prepare NR Consolidation & NR COC during MEC, FCST and AOP
- In charge of D&A Allocation to SKUs in MEC, FCST and AOP
- Prepare NR financial data for monthly MBR in collaboration with RGM team
- Presentation for D&A spending in RM and OR
- Prepare for BOD deck and business review related to total D&A spending.
- In charge of Sales OR Consolidation
- Act as Commercial Planning Champion to drive Simplification/Digitalization and Automation for all Volume/Pricing/D&A (TPM, P&L by channel/sub-channel/key customers...)
4. People
- Develop other by playing an active role in Planning OHS/ sharing knowledge/ expertise to others
- Develop business partners' understanding of financial matters, processes, systems (Power BI/ project Forecast for Sales), etc.
- Share knowledge as part of the Finance Academy
5. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Skills and Experience
- 4+years experience in Finance, 1-2 year experience in Commercial Finance.
- Familiar with SAP 4 HANA will be a significant plus
- Able to work independently and be a good team player
- Strong customer oriented mindset
- Good analytical
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
- Strong in MS Excel and MS Power Point
