Job Summary
Taking full charge of planning roadmap and cascading the solution of new item challenge, issues solving through SPVB 5 plants together and collaborating with technical expaties of both brand owner – PepsiCo and Suntory for Engineering transformation.
Job Responsibilities
1. Capturing global latest technology of Engineering in beverage industry
- Research on global/local market trend and summarize information as benchmark
- Deliver information/research to relevant teams for planning action support
- Plan capex plan and breakdown activity to each year
2. New technology for Sustainability GHG / Water to achieve Suntory/PepsiCo target
Energy reduce/reuse/recycle/renewable technology collection and make plan
- Support energy related activity at each plant
- Investigate local renewable energy opportunity and new technology etc.
- Investigate new technology from OEM to find suitable solutions to apply to SPVB plants.
3. Automation & Digitalization transformation
Summarize opportunity for Safety / Quality / Efficiency / Maintenance related with production equipment
- Smart factory with auto-recording and digitalization as end-game scenario
- New technology such AI / sensing technology etc.
- Study and apply new automation/digitalization solution to improve maintenance efficiency (e.g. real-time automatic monitoring systems to improve maintenance model from ""planned maintenance"" to ""predictive/conditional based maintenance.4. Engineering standardization & optimization
- Understanding opportunity and current issue with 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for new line & existing line
- Execute standardization & optimization for 4M thru related above activity
Man : Capability building, LEAN operation
Machine : define M/C requirement, standard (e.g. V-curve design for new line)
Material: consolidation standard among plant (e.g. which impact to machine design)
Method : recording data automatically vs manual, auto sensing technology
Your Team
Skills and Experience
- University degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automation engineering
- Understand Suntory/PI approval steps and evaluation protocol (Development phase/commercial phase)
- Engineering knowledge
- Data collection/summary skill for Feasibility study
- Strategy Development
- Related processes understanding
- Good communication with cross functions ( HQ team and Gemba team) and Machine OEM / Package supplier
- Highly analytical with Good planning & management skills
- Good project management
- Good teamwork - able to work cross functional team effectively
- Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Conduct with Yatte Minahare mindset (Do NOT give up easily)
- Good adaptation, able to cope with pressure
- Good command and communication of English, 'Advanced MS Office
