About your role

What You'll Do

1. System standardization for filling and packing arears in all plants:

-             Review existing equipment in all plants and make standardization for technical / packaging / SOP/ Job plan / Safety requirement.

-             Develop / review technical requirement / RFQ for new projects to make sure all same machine will follow the same requirement.

-             Risk assessment for new projects"

2. Experiencing / Seminars organize and on jobs course training to teams

Capability Build: Develop and deliver technical training course for maintenance on dedicated arears"

3. Create sustainable development ideas and lead plants to implement them to optimize costs and reduce emissions according to the company's committed roadmap.            

4. Relocation of lines / machine & new line projects - get involve in full cycle         

5.  Support / drive productivity projects and other program.         

6.  Support/drive Engineering transformation program as needed             

7. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager   

What You need to be successful

- BA in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation/ Materials/ Cheminal Engineering or other related technical field

- Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills) : Mechanical/Electrical understanding. At least 5-year experience in FMCG industry with remarkable functional expertise.

- Leadership skill, Communication skill,  Influencing skill, Interpersonal skill, Team work, Presentation skill; Database management and analysis

- Good English in communication/writing and understanding technical documents (PPT/project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office)

- Ability to work under high pressure
