Engineering Assistant Manager

Job Summary

1. Manage team to implement maintenance of automation system all at Hoc Mon Plant.

2. Provide technical offers in preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance automation systems.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of maintenance activities on for automation system
  • Ensure the overall available equipment rate as set KPI

1. Ensure quality of automation preventive maintenance (PM) tasks

  • Technical offer for automation systems
  • Develop SOP for automation systems, train to maintenance technician
  • Manage and evaluate assess the progress and quality of preventive maintenance activities to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance operations as per the plan.
  • Manage budget and control automation spare parts by follow max/min stock to ensure they are available when needed (Software & hardware tool for plan; Password all machine; Back up full data included: Program, Parameters; Backup storage)

2. Ensure quality of automation corrective maintenance (CM)

  • Onsite instruct CM technicians for CM task (emergency repair) for automation systems
  • Onsite instruct PM technician to implement PM for automation system

3. Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Continuous Improvement

  • Implement TPM to improve equipment conditions and enhance collaboration in maintenance activities among relevant departments.
  • Analyze data from the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to identify opportunities for improving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Support maintenance and repairs and share best practices across plants.
  • Collaborate with the Project and Engineering department to execute projects in HMP
  • Propose and allocate resources and lead the execution of technical-related projects.

4. Procedures and Regulations on Safety, Quality, and Standards

  • Evaluate and respond to SOPs, WIs, and proposed changes when necessary.
  • Ensure employee understanding and compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Execute gap-filling activities and guarantee preparedness for audits.
  • Lead CAPA relating automation issue and seeking for continuous improvement

5. Employee Management & Development

  • Training & developing employees. Building a successor
  • Scheduling work shifts and evaluating employee performance.
  • Organizing and executing teambuilding programs and plans to enhance employee engagement.
  • Supervising contractor works for automation system

Education

Bachelors in Electrical engineering or Engineer
