About your role

SBF International is accelerating its digital transformation and cloud adoption. We are looking for a Digital Automation Manager to drive our Smart Automation Program across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US.

In this role, you will:

• Design, deliver, and optimize automation solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with global standards.
• Partner with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement innovative automation practices
• Manage vendors and ensure seamless integration of automation technologies.
• Champion best-in-class methodologies, leveraging the latest tools and frameworks.

What You'll Do

Delivery

• Lead Agile DevOps sprints, ensuring daily monitoring of automation bots, robust governance frameworks, and effective incident response and reporting.
• Oversee technical execution of automation projects, guiding development teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions aligned with best practices.
• Design and maintain architectural blueprints for scalable, future-proof automation initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing IT infrastructure and business applications.
• Collaborate with internal DevOps teams and external vendors to drive Smart Automation business cases across global markets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring compliance and alignment with business requirements.
• Manage project execution, delivering on time, within scope, and budget.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee support and maintenance of deployed automation solutions for reliability and efficiency.
• Proactively resolve issues, implement timely updates, and lead incident management for swift problem resolution.
• Ensure regular maintenance schedules and monitor performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Innovation

• Evaluate automation impact and effectiveness, recommending improvements for continuous optimization.
• Research and select cutting-edge technologies and tools aligned with business goals and industry standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

What You need to be successful

• 6+ years in Power Platform technologies, with 3+ years hands-on in RPA/IPA solutions.
• Strong expertise in Smart Automation platforms (Power Platform, KNIME, Azure ML).
• Solid understanding of IT systems (SAP ERP, CRM, E-Procurement, SuccessFactors, Concur, O365) and core business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Proven experience leading Agile DevOps teams for rapid SPRINT delivery and managing governance frameworks.
• Skilled in vendor management, SLA oversight, and compliance/security best practices.
