- This job is standardise and monitor the compliance of Quality for Logistic & customer service, to enhance the SPVB reputation in customer & consumer awareness.
- Beside that, This job is analyse Quality of competitor’s products in the market, to highlight the changes and the trend of each market to propose proper initiative on SPVB product.
- Innovate Logistic for primary transportation DC to DC, DC to Distributor to reduce customer/consumer complaint due to supply chain failure.        

Job Responsibilities

1. Logistic Innovation
-Design the transportation for typical each product of SPVB for each vehicle to proper each business area to get highest productivity, balance to reduce customer complaint and prevent qualitative issue in transportation process.
-Innovate new ways of transportation to adapt with company business.
-Implement the compliance of transportation for all DCs.
2. Product Innovation
-Analyse all competitor’s product each area.
-Highlight the change of all competitor’s product as timely.
-Propose the trend of product as volume, Brix, CO2, TA, caffein, Remover Torque, sweetener, … to innovate SPVB product to adapt consumer’s requirement as accordingly.
3. Audit GWP (Good Warehouse Practice) for DCs.
-Audit GWP for all DCs-outside plant with proper frequence.
-Solve qualitative issue for all DCs-outside plant.
-Mornitor rework/repack task for all DCs-outside plant.
-Implement CAPA at all DCs-outside plant.
-Report audit GWP of all DCs to PI system or other. 
4. Audit Product handling for Distributor’s warehouse
-Instruct all other CSE to audit Product handling for all Distributor’s warehouse on nationwide with proper frequence.
-Cooperate with field CSEs to solve qualitative issue for all Distributor’s on nationwide.
-Implement CAPA at all Distributor’s warehouse for national area.
-Monitor all audit for all Distributor’s warehouse GWP on national.
5. Implement Trade Quality Program.
-Implement current qualitative programs in the trade as retail audit, 3D quality, QAS, AIB, mock recall.
-Implement new qualitative programs in the trade are cascaded by PI group, Suntory group, Lipton group.
6. Settlement / solving customer and consumer's complaint.
7. Other tasks
Other tasks relating to Logistic and product innovation, which be assigned by line manager.


Your Team

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
- At least 4 years in customer service role – quality of chemical technic or quality of supply chain.
- Selling & pedagogic experience is advantage.
- SAP system experience is advantage.
- Logistic knowledge is advantage.
- Strong social/market talent networking.
- Fluency in English communication.
