About your role

To shape public perception, build and protect corporate reputation, and position the company as a responsible, sustainable, innovative, and attractive employer and business partner.

What You'll Do

1. Corporate Reputation & Brand Building

•Strengthen and safeguard the company’s image through consistent, credible, and values-driven communication.
•Build and manage strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and chief editors to secure positive coverage and trusted partnerships.
•Manage media relations: press releases, executive interviews, and media briefings.
•Amplify corporate milestones, leadership visibility, and strategic initiatives across all external platforms.
•Communicate the company’s commitment to ESG, sustainability, and social impact.
•Showcase CSR initiatives, ethical practices, and community engagement programs.
•Report progress on sustainability goals and align messaging with global and local ESG frameworks.
•Ensure brand consistency across all external channels and alignment with internal communication.

2. Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility

•Position leaders as credible industry voices through op-eds, LinkedIn articles, and media interviews.
•Secure participation in panels, podcasts, and public forums.
•Align thought leadership with strategic themes: sustainability, innovation, and talent development.

3. Digital & Social Media Strategy

•Oversee corporate social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to amplify brand voice.
•Ensure real-time engagement and reputation management on digital platforms.
•Integrate paid, earned, and owned media for maximum impact.

4. Crisis & Issues, Media risk Management

•Protect reputation through timely, transparent, and coordinated responses to sensitive issues.
•Develop, activate, and govern crisis communication protocols.
•Serve as the central point of control for managing external narratives during incidents.
•Align with internal communication to maintain consistency and employee confidence.

5. Media & Influencer Relationship Management

•Develop and execute a media engagement plan to drive proactive storytelling.
•Maintain a media contact database and track engagement effectiveness.
•Build relationships with industry associations, NGOs, and community leaders.
•Represent the company in forums, conferences, and advocacy platforms.

6. Measurement, Governance & Capability Building

•Monitor media sentiment, share of voice, and reputation scores.
•Use social listening tools to identify emerging issues and public sentiment trends.
•Provide regular reputation health reports and actionable insights to leadership.
•Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
•Develop approval workflows for sensitive or high-risk content.
•Train spokespersons and leaders on media handling and crisis communication.
