Job Summary
- To implement Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) agenda in line with corporate values, culture and sustainability strategy.
- To manage key stakeholders ensuring the flawless implementation of CSR programs
- To coordinate with Communications to tell compelling stories on impactful CSR programs and initatives to strengthen corporate reputation on sustainable growth
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage CSR programs and initiatives:
- Implement CSR programs and initatives with key stakeholders as per AOP/Strategic plan
- Manage "Helping Hands" program (an employee-drive charity initative) in coordination with Helping Hand local committees in compliance with policy/strategy
- Maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders to achieve both social and business impact of Corporate Affairs – CSR initiatives and programs
- Support CA Manager in implementing strategic plan & projects for assigned locations
- Collaborate with Communications in telling CSR stories externally and internally, well leverage industry communications platforms to promote for corporate CSR programs and impacts
- Take initiatives in engaging employees to CSR programs and activities.
2. Others:
- Learn and adapt with evolved CSR/ESG trends to input for corporate CSR strategy with CA Manager
- Add inputs during corporate affairs planning process
- Budget management: Tracking budget, Ensuring procedure in compliance for execution programs with external stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- University
- Project management, communications/PR
- Experience in CSR program implementation, planning, budget management
- Interpersonal skills
- Communications and Stakeholder management
- English and Vietnamese (good in writing is a plus)
- Good command in Word, Excel and Power Point presentation
- Well-organized
- Work independently, take ownership
- Fast learner, willing to learn
