JOB SUMMARY

Led & be responsible for CSD & Isotonic analytic & research agenda to support the business team by providing clear understanding, insight, and foresight information with fact-based to identify strategic possibilities for the business across levers including innovation development and driving brand growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage monthly business performance monitoring and diagnosis for in-charge categories:

  • Provide a comprehensive story (what works, does not work vs. plan) with fact-based insights to imply potential actions.
  • Leverage all data sources including Nielsen Retail Audit, Internal data, Brand health tracking (if relevant), integrating with market visits or observations or interaction with relevant functions - trade, planning, RGM,...

2. Lead brand research agenda

  • Manage all research projects of in-charge categories (Brand health tracking, product/concept/communication test, segmentation, U&A, price study, volume forecasting, consumer portrait) across research methodologies.
  • Drive the effectiveness of research projects via working with agencies to have cost-effective research approaches, maximizing the application of research findings into business actions and leveraging agencies' expertise/qualified resources.
  • Build a research plan based on AOP and discussion with the business team

3. Manage key strategic reports to facilitate the Tet/JBP/AOP (as a key strategic business plan)

  • Clarify business questions to ensure provide a clear brief to research agencies
  • Manage the work of respective agencies and do the integration to address defined business questions
  • Provide clear I&O which implies actions forward

4. Be in charge of ad-hoc requests, and analysis preparation for BOD/visitor visits where relevant to in-charge categories.

5. Join to drive CI initiatives (CI fundamental training, data automation, consumer immersion, new research approaches, trend updates,)

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor graduation in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing
  • At least 5 Years experience in Consumer Insight/Market Intelligence in FMCG
  • Solid research expertise (quality & quantity), Nielsen RA, Kantar in-home consumption, Brand health tracking), logical & strategic thinking, project management & leadership skills, business-centric research approach
  • Good analytical and integration skills
  • Good communication/interpersonal and presentation skills
