About your role
Lead & be responsible for allocated category analytic & research agenda to support business team by providing clear understanding, insight and foresight information with fact-based to identify strategic possibilities for the business across levers including innovation development and driving brand growth.
What You'll Do
1. Lead brand research agenda:
- Manage all research projects of in-charge categories (strategic research, creative & communication building + effectiveness, Innovation & Renovation, Post lanches evaluation and all brand related research) across research methodologies.
- Drive the effectiveness of research projects via working with agencies to have cost effective research approaches, maximizing the application of research findings into business actions and leveraging the expertise/qualified resources of agencies.
- Build research plan based on AOP and discussion with brand teams and also stakeholders
- Support brand owners on all consumer / brand related research both regional or local market projects
2. Have hoslistic Brand Diagnostic with Brand Equity, Insight (input and output drivers) & In market performance : NIQ / Global DATA ... to support both brand performance monitoring and brand audit for JBP / MTP and AOP
- Clarify business questions to ensure provide clear brief to research agencies
- Manage the work of respective agencies and do the integration to address defined business questions
- Provide clear I&O which imply actions forward
- Co-work with BI team where relevant
3. Be in-charge of ad-hoc requests, analysis preparation for BOD/visitor visit where relevant to in-charge categories
4. Drive CI capability via having CI fundamental training to the team (Growth navigator, Brand health tracking, Household panel and all other consumer / brand related capabilities)

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor graduation in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing
- At least 5 years experience in Consumer Insight/Market Intelligence in FMCG
- Solid research expertise (quali&quant, Kantar in-home consumption, Brand health tracking, Nielsen RA)
-Good analytical, integration and insight generation skills
-Good communication/interpersonal and presentation skills
-Passionate about consumers, customers and brands
-Insightful, curious & creative
-Growth mindset
-Team work spirit
-Strong command of MS powerpoint and Excel. Advanced skills like forecasting technique, Power BI,..is a plus.
