JOB SUMMARY

- Develop strategies and wining plans that deliver TT channel growth for total LRB brands such as: Permanent visibility – Perfect stores, Customer Club, Wholesale, Win in Rural, Customer event, festival….

- Build Channel platform based on the channel / shopper insight to determine the success of each sub-channel

- Lead AOP KPIs & cascade to ASM/SS/DCR to engage front line with Channel vision, strategy and enhance right execution

- Execute & track/monitor all TT must-win battle plan

- Ensure AOP achievement by identifying the GAP & proposing the action plan

Job Responsibilities

1. Leading channel development strategies

- Based on cat objective, shopper/ channel insights and GTM agenda to build channel strategy for TT to ensure SPVB’s LRB leadership, deliver channel growth and avoid channel conflict.

- Lead AOP cascading to sales to deliver effective execution of channel MWB as planned

- Align with MKT/ Category team/Sales on full year penetration, brand matrix visibility and lead full year visibility investment, penetration by channel

- Ensure channel/ customer activities aligned with TT channel strategy

- Align with Sales leadership team on a monthly channel plan.

- Align with compliance on directions and KPIs to audit and make sure quality of execution on market

- Work with GTM to develop effective communication & tracking tools for channel activities to improve quality of execution

- Manage effective budget within the given

- Work with supporting functions (procurement, planning, legal, tax….) to drive productivity and ensure all activities will be deployed OTIF and compliance

2. Leading channel operation for effective execution

- Lead Channel operation team to deliver effective execution of channel program NW & Festive as planned.

- Monitor and update the progress of the channel activities with the senior management in sales department for timely corrective actions.

Skills and Experience

- University degree in any disciplines

- At least 06 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.

- Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.

- Analysis skills Able to translate from data into insights.

- Good communication, influencing.

- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.

- Competent English
