Job Summary:

To build strong partnership with customers and deliver SPVB business target via Category management for SPVB categories in Modern Trade Minimart & CVS. To leverage shopper insights, category performance and market trends/market potential to optimize space on shelf for SPVB categories. To work closely with CD-MT team (Account manager) to sell in/negotiate space management concept with MT Minimart & CVS customers 


Job Responsibilities

Firm understanding and strong delivery of CVS-Minimart strategies from shopper perspective:
1. Interpret Channel strategies into execution through specific metric of success factors and action guides by store (MM & CVS)

  • Deliver strategy points into store environment matching with company goals and marketing objectives (CAT MAN)
  • Build-up process to measure success factors with internal team for execution
  • Follow-up with monthly update/report to ensure substantial and progressive improvement

2. Effective collaboration with CD for internal alignment on customer proposals (MM & CVS)

  • Understand customer strategy and alignment between SPVB and customers for beverage management and development
  • Co-work with CD SPVB on business plan to co-achieve campaign/categories objective based on winning shoppers in-store
  • Partner with CD SPVB during customer engagement as Category expert with strong commitment to develop beverage business based on customer proposition

3. Assertive communication with Customers with CATMAN language and Shoppers Insights (MM & CVS)

  • Fluent working with customer as CATMAN Process: category analysis for opportunity, category strategy alignment, assortment optimization process, execution tactic (touchpoint management with shopper-centric communication, planogram and fair share, promotion evaluation and investment efficiency review)
  • Represented as SPVB Shopper Insight Expert provide shopper-centric point of view to enhance business development plan of beverage categories

4. New customers/new stores will be co-proposed investment plan with assortment, touchpoint investment based on Channel platform and customer priority as CD definition (MM & CVS)
5. Take part in Shopper Research project as coordinator with related customers (both external and internal)

  • To ensure smooth operation and cooperation of project at store level
  • To share feedback from customers and experience to enrich business questions for insightful outcomes per channel
  • To tailor cut final report to communicate to customer

Your Team

Skills and Experience

  • BA degree is required
  • At least 2 years of Expertise/Experience in Cateogry Management, Space Management (Spaceman software), Shopper Insight in FMCG companies
  • Database thinking with skill of dashboard building, data visualization and PPT
  • Good communication, negotiation & love to work with retailers 
  • Logical thinking, customer/ shopper mindset
  • High impact presentation skill
  • Good Comand of English
