Role: 

- Build strategies and winning plans that deliver Category/sub Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements

- Execute & track/monitor all category/sub-category activity plan

- Ensure AOP achievement by identifying the GAP & proposing the action plan

Job Responsibilities

- Work with Brand/MKT team to propose CAT strategy by channel (TT, MT, CVS, KA) based on category focus, brand J2BDs, consumer/shopper/customer insights

- Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.

- Build category strategic space share/plan-o-gram plan by customer. (Category captaincy & space management)

- Based on CAT/ sub CAT strategy & forecast, build winning plan to drive category/sub category growth sustainable to fully delivery their target and align with Sales team on monthly trade support

- Work with Brand/ MKT team to develop in-store communication plan & BTL plan by channel to support for all initial MKT projects & lead its implementation/execution

- Own monthly Pre-ITM/ ITM meeting by category

- Effectively communicate all plans (monthly promotion, BTL plan) to field sales down to DCR levels & have weekly tracking the performance progress & keep all relevant functions updated

- Work with Sales team to get feedbacks on plan and insights of market/ customers

- Monthly review category/sub-category performance in term of volume, distribution, stock weight, ASO penetration…

- Other ad-hoc requests to support for business

- Develop and coach direct reports

- Other tasks assigned by Category Development Manager – group of CAT manager

Skills and Experience

- At least 03 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.

- Got understanding of Trade and GTM process. 

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.

- Proficient English for communication and writing

- University graduation in economics or relevant disciplines
