Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop & coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives, according to Marketing Calendar, from strategic discussion & development to communicating it to sales force (Thematic campaigns, grassroots, promotions…)
  • Coordinate the development of work with local agencies as well as adaptation of PBI Global & BU Regional campaigns
  • Recommend & adapt marketing best practices from PBI Global & BU Regional initiatives.
  • Lead crossfunction to execute marketing initiatives timely.
  • Proactively update projects on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support Marketing Managaer in related projects as per request

2. Trade and Channel Development

  • Frequently liaise with trade and on field partners to Co-develop schemes that answers trade needs.

3. Innovation

  • Lead the strategic discussions & project management around product/communication innovations
  • Recommend & support the development of local packaging innovation

4. Team supervision

  • Coach and supervise ABM to complete all executions OTIF

Skills and Experience

  • University graduation
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, 1 year experience BM preferably in FMCG
  • Have good understanding and experiences in consumer orientation
  • Confident with operating experiences in marketing plan
  • Good at Communication, negotiation skills
  • Good analytical, strategic thinking for brand management
  • Potential leadership skill with initiatives to lead brand team
  • Good at English
  • Honest, responsible, innovative, high integrity, high commitment
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure
