About your role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Manager, Brand Development to join our team and lead Marketing and Innovation for Suntory brands, primarily the TEA+ portfolio, across the region. The role is responsible for driving brand growth and strengthening its strategic market positioning through effective marketing strategies, innovation, and portfolio management. Working cross-functionally, the role ensures the brand remains relevant to consumers while delivering sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
Brand Management
- Drive growth of the TEA+ portfolio by developing strong brand propositions and delivering sales, profit, and market share targets across the region.
- Develop brand strategies and communication concepts, supporting Business Units in local execution.
- Identify market opportunities and expand the portfolio through new variants and formats.
New Product Development
- Lead regional TEA+ innovation, including new variants, formats, and product rejuvenation.
- Translate consumer insights into relevant innovations and manage cross-functional NPD projects with internal teams and external partners.
Brand Planning
- Support the development and deployment of regional brand and innovation strategies aligned with annual and mid-term business plans.
- Work closely with Business Units to ensure strategies are locally relevant.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor brand performance across markets.
- Partner with Business Units to track brand activities and market insights.
What You need to be successful
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of brand or product management experience within a global FMCG organisation.
- Exposure to the Vietnam market and tea category is an advantage.
Functional Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Experience in consumer insights, marketing, and brand management.
- Solid project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Behavioural Competencies
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and results orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, networking, and curiosity about consumers and trends.
- Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to travel.
