  • Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Deeply understand consumers and market insights to discuss, brainstorm, and input for the Marketing AOP of the brand
  • Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity
  • Work with MO/trade marketing to execute flawless brand experience across touchpoints
  • Assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products
  • Accountable for budget analysis and management
  • Partner with different functions (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal, …) for ongoing projects and marketing execution
  • Manage operations such as trade service, visibility, sponsorship, etc.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in FMCG, MNC is a MUST
  • A bachelor's degree with a Marketing background is an advantage
  • Good at project management.
  • Good Marketing Fundamental
  • Good at Data Analysis
  • Excellent of English
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Marketing Brand, Trade Marketing, Market research preferred FMCG industry
