- Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
- Deeply understand consumers and market insights to discuss, brainstorm, and input for the Marketing AOP of the brand
- Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity
- Work with MO/trade marketing to execute flawless brand experience across touchpoints
- Assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products
- Accountable for budget analysis and management
- Partner with different functions (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal, …) for ongoing projects and marketing execution
- Manage operations such as trade service, visibility, sponsorship, etc.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in FMCG, MNC is a MUST
- A bachelor's degree with a Marketing background is an advantage
- Good at project management.
- Good Marketing Fundamental
- Good at Data Analysis
- Excellent of English
- At least 3 years of work experience in Marketing Brand, Trade Marketing, Market research preferred FMCG industry
