Role: ABM assist for planning and executing marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Deeply understand consumers and market insights to discuss, brainstorm, and input for the Marketing AOP of the brand
  • Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity
  • Work with MO/ trade marketing to execute flawless brand experience across touchpoints
  • Assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products
  • Accountable for budget analysis and management
  • Partner with different functions (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal, …) for ongoing projects and marketing execution
  • Manage operations such as trade service, visibility, sponsorship, etc.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 1.5 years of work experience in Marketing Brand, Market research in FMCG, MNC
  • Good at project management, strong execution big campain/ complicated project (360 campaign)
  • Good at Data Analysis, especially data from Kantar, Nielsen
  • Excellent of English
  • Open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working and resilient
  • Initiative, innovative, flexible
