What You'll Do

1. Manage payment process for BOM for nationwide
2. Monitor AP outsource service:
- Ensure task handover to GT within timeline
- Key contact point with GT team to review monthly invoice, actual KPI, acceptance minute for AP outsource service or any issues arised during execution
- Monthly meeting with GT to review performance and discuss issues, actions for improvement
- Lead to organize meeting/ training session for GT to update/ refresh invoice booking, COA
3. Reporting :
- Prepare GRIR and PO pending report and send out to users for reminder (full report for team)
- Review GRIR and follow up to clear long outstanding items (only for BOM)
- Review PO return report to ensure all good returns are invoiced to suppliers (only applied for BOM)
- Analyse AP KPI report and highlight opportunities for performance improvement (full team KPI)
- Review monthly balance sheet review package for AP to ensure meaning-full comments (Full AP package reports)
- Support in ad-hoc data analysis when there is requirement
4. Month end closing:
- Ensure GRNI report is timely cleaned up
- Review expense booking to define any wrong account/classification for timely adjustment
- Deliver timely, accurately and quality reports (full AP package reports)
- Perform month end closing as per PTR
5. Compliance
- Lead GCS self test activities for P2P process related to AP (full team) to increase proportional ownership and maintain high compliance
- Lead to co-ordiate with other departments to organize annually refresh workshop for P2P, SoA, T&E Policy and process (for full team)
- Lead to perform annual risk assessment for P2P process related to full AP team
- Understand Policy and process to support other department in daily operation to maintain compliance
- Be a key contact person for Internal/ External audit to support in providing data/ information (for full team)
6. Other:
- Ad-hoc project/ task to support business
- Joining training course to improve technical/ soft skill as per Company policy

What You need to be successful

  • University graduation, major in Finance and Accounting. Preferable ACCA, CPA, MBA.
  • 4 years of experience in finance & accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role in FMCG companies.
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, legislation, company policy and procedures.
  • Strong system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system
  • Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill
  • Strong leadership to driving compliance
  • Good mindset and ability to drive and adapt with changes
  • Ability to learn and improve effectiveness in daily operation
  • High integrity and acting with due diligence"
